When I am testing a local installation of Configur8or I am getting a "Run time user limit reached" message?

This usually happens when the system believes more than the allowed* amount of users are logged in to the system.

If you have not exceeded the user limit purchased for your system, it can be down to more than one browser window (or tab) open with Configur8or running.

The same issue can happen when running multiple browsers with Configur8or at the same time.

We recommended that you clear browser cache, java cache and clear your cookies and then restart your browser(s).
 
In some rare situations a pc restart may be required, especially if another application, anti-virus or spyware software is holding open any configur8or files.
